Black Nazarene 2012

The Feast of Black Nazarene, whose image is enshrined at the Quiapo Church in Manila , is being held every January 9 of the year.  It is attended by devotees who troup to the image or wait at the route where it shall pass. By estimate, around 8m devotees are expected to participate in this year's procession.

Herewith are some photos taken in the early morning as people were just beginning to spill in at the Luneta Grandstand.
